Job Description
Chiropractor Charlotte NC Total compensation: 100k-130k Roles and Responsibilities: - Perform initial exams and re-exams (HPI, medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
- Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
- Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
- Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications , and benefits of continued chiropractic care
- Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments Diversified, Thompson, Gonstead/seated chair, Webster, Activator/TRT, rehab and various physiotherapy treatments (no prior experience necessary for tissue scraping, cupping, laser therapy, electrical stimulation)
- Documentation and Charting (timely notes, medical correspondence)
- Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
- Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met
Requirements: - Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
- Active Chiropractic license North Carolina license
