Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk needed for multi-company office. Duties consist of issuing checks, running errands such as bank and post office, answering the phone, taking accurate messages, weekly fining, and posting cash receipts. Conduct vendor statement research and month-end bank account review. Must have Excel experience. Knowledge of QuickBooks very helpful. Attention to details and organization is very important for this position, as well as willingness to learn. Must be willing to ask questions to ensure confidence and work with accuracy in handling daily business. The right person for this job will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask. This is a full -time job Monday-Friday.
