The IVF centre should signup and register to avail of fund assistance for a needy couple.
The couple can make application to the IVF centre to avail support from SFF Treatment Review Committee or can approach directly to us.
After initial scrutiny, if the couple is eligible, IVF Centre will apply to the SFF health programme with the required documents by the couple in digital format. A thumbnail is provided to access the online form to be filled by the centre.
The application will be scrutinized by SFF Treatment Review Committee within 1 month after receiving the duly completed form.
After review completion, the administrator will convey the result to the concerned IVF centre/hospitals.
The Centre will give details of money spent along with documents. The complete record will be stored in digital format by the administrator.
The payment will be made directly to the IVF centre/hospital and the receipt will be issued by the IVF centre/hospital in the name of ‘The Social Fighters Foundation Human fertility and SUPPORT Programme.
50% of the aid will be disbursed at the initiation of the treatment cycle. 50% will be disbursed at the completion of the treatment cycle.
Taxes including GST if any, applicable to the treatment will be the responsibility of the IVF centre/hospitals.
