Educaton for all
India is prone to natural disasters due to its unique geographical conditions. Some of the natural disasters that India has often faced are floods, landslides, earthquakes, droughts, cyclones, and so on.
Due to natural disasters, our county suffers enormous losses of public and private property, and many lives are also loosed during severe natural disasters.
Social Fighters Foundation, which works in a variety of areas like humanitarian assistance sectorial development intervention, and sustainable development also responds to the call of humanity in times of such calamity. “SFF” is not only playing a significant role in humanitarian assistance to disaster-affected people by providing post-disaster relief but also strengthening pre-disaster preparedness and mitigation through capacity building, public awareness campaigns, mock exercises, workshops, conferences, etc.
“SFF” have also started to collaborate with corporate entities in Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the field of Disaster Management at State, District and Sub-district level.
