The concept of Langar is to provide everyone in need of food, irrespective of their caste, class, religion and gender. Social fighter foundation started Langar program run for homeless and poor people.

Social Fighters Foundation have started Langar distribution near AIIMS hospital. The langar is free for poor and needy person because of belief in the oneness of humanity. Many poor people who came from far places of India for treatment in AIIMS. Some are from very poor background even they cannot afford, meal for them.
